1. General Information

1.1 WPT Global.com (the "Site", "we", "us", "our" or "WPT Global") is operated by SevenTip N.V., a company licensed and regulated under the laws of the State of Curacao under the name Gaming Service Provider N.V, which holds a 365/JAZ Master Gaming License and is registered with Zwickertuin Tower Curacao ("Company", "we", "us", "our" or "ours"). Kashxa Limited, a Cypriot company with registration number 427606, having its registered office at Aegypto, 12, Nicosia, 1097, Cyprus, acts as paying agent on behalf of the licensee Seventip N.V..

1.2 This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms") which constitute a binding contractual relationship between the Company and any person ("Player", "you", "your" or "yours") who opens an account on the Site and uses the Site's services, including but not limited to playing games on the Site ("Services").

1.3 The business contractual relationship referred to in these Terms is governed by the laws in force in Curaçao and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Curaçao in respect of any disputes relating to the Terms, the Services and the Site.

1.4 It is important that all players read, agree to and be bound by the following terms and conditions before accessing, registering or playing any game on this website.

1.5 By registering with the Company, using the Services and/or checking the "I agree to these Terms and Conditions" (or similar wording) box, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full and without reservation. As such, the Agreement constitutes a binding legal document between you and the Company and the Agreement governs your use of our Gambling Services at all times;

1.6 If a player does not agree to any of the following terms and conditions or does not wish to be bound by them, we strongly advise them to leave the site immediately and not to open an account with us.

1.7 The Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time and the Player must read this page regularly (at least once a month). If there are material changes to the Terms, the Company will notify the Player before the new rules come into effect via the email address provided by the Player when registering ("Registered Email Address"). It is the Player's responsibility to keep their contact details up to date as they may otherwise not receive important notifications and account related information from the Company.

1.8 Players are fully responsible for the security and privacy of their accounts. In particular, players agree to keep their login details confidential and are also fully responsible for any misuse of their accounts.

1.9 The Player will not hold the Company, its officers, directors, managers, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, promoters, other agencies, media partners or retailers liable for any costs or expenses incurred, and for any liabilities or damages that may arise as a result of the Player (i) accessing, using or re-using the Site, (ii) using any materials on the Site, (iii) participating in the Games or (iv) accepting any prizes.

1.10. These Terms and Conditions may be provided in several languages. Although we have attempted to translate these Terms and Conditions accurately into other available languages, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and other language versions, the English version shall prevail as the primary reference and in the event of any dispute.

2. Opening an Account

2. 1. Personal Information

2.1.1. Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic, and other non-Latin scripts are not allowed.

2.1.2 Personal data must always be given in roman characters only; for verification purposes, the requested and provided documents must contain the same information in roman characters.

2.1.3. In order to play in WPT Global, a player must open an account that allows access to various products. In order to open an account, a player must complete the registration process. When registering, the player must enter an "email address", "country", "username" and "password". Before a player can make a deposit or withdrawal, they must also enter the following information: 'First Name', 'Last Name', 'Full Address' including 'City', 'Zip Code', 'Phone Number', 'Gender' and 'Date of Birth'. The Player agrees to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. The Player also agrees to notify the Company promptly in the event of any changes to this information.

2.1.4. The name registered on the player's account must match the player's legal name and identity. In addition, it must also match the name indicated in the funding options (bank cards, e-wallet, bank account) or other payment method used to deposit or withdraw money.

2.1.5 A player can only have one account. We reserve the right to cancel any other accounts opened by any means and relating to the same person and reserve the right to withhold any funds in such accounts. If you become aware that you have or have access to more than one Player Account, you must notify us immediately.

2.2. Password

2.2.1 The player must create a password, which must be at least eight (8) characters in length and contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.

2.2.2. A player must not disclose his/her username and password to any third party. The Player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and secrecy of his account, username and password information. Any unauthorized use of a player's username or password is the sole responsibility of the player. If you suspect that your login details have been compromised by a third party, you must inform us immediately. The player is responsible for all activity on his/her account and all transactions will be deemed valid once the correct login and password have been entered, presumably by the player who originally registered with us.

2.3. Legal Age and Verification

2.3.1. The games offered on this website are only intended for persons over the age of 18 or persons over the age of 18 who are permitted to gamble under the law or jurisdiction that applies to you. Any minor is prohibited from registering, accessing, or participating in activities on this website.

2.3.2. We reserve the right to conduct a background check at any time, including but not limited to verifying the identity and age of a player. For the avoidance of doubt, we may request further documentation from you at any time, including but not limited to to confirm information or in the event that you breach this Agreement or any of our policies or procedures;

2.3.3 We reserve the right to request video interviews and enhanced background checks to confirm information regarding historical games and poker knowledge. The processes include, but are not limited to, answering questions in a live video interview, a full enhanced identity check with identity disclosure and/or in rare cases, the user will be asked to play under security surveillance via webcam to compare historical poker play and knowledge.

2.3.4. If, upon verification of age, the player is found to be a minor, the prize will be forfeited and retained by the Company and the relevant account will be closed.

2.4. Profile Updates

2.4.1. In order to make changes to a Player's registered personal details, we must obtain and verify relevant documentation and/or information issued by the relevant authorities in the Player's jurisdiction (e.g. address update - proof of new residential address; change of surname - marriage certificate; bank details - new bank details). We reserve the right to impose restrictions or close any account without notice where we find evidence of non-compliance or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2.5. Serviced countries

2.5.1. All players are welcome at WPT Global. However, before attempting to open an account on the Site, it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that they are not located in a jurisdiction where gambling is not permitted or is illegal and that they are not in violation of any applicable gambling laws or regulations in that jurisdiction.

2.5.2. We do not accept players from the countries falling into the below categories:

Countries classified as high-risk or monitored jurisdictions by financial regulators.

Countries where online gambling is strictly prohibited.

Countries that are blacklisted or identified as critical or high-risk by our main service providers.

Miscellaneous Countries.

4. Risk Management 

4.1 Players agree not to use the Site for illegal or fraudulent activities and that the source of funds used by the Player on the Site does not originate from illegal or criminal activity.

4.2 The Player is prohibited from selling or transferring his/her accounts and/or assets to other persons or providing his/her login details to third parties. This prohibition includes the transfer of any valuable assets of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims to such assets, whether legal, commercial or otherwise. Said prohibition on transfer also includes, but is not limited to, pledging, mortgaging, assigning, trading, brokering, pledging, and/or gifting with a creditor or third party, company, individual or entity, institution and/or association in any form.

4.3 In order to successfully and fully confirm the personal information entered during the registration process and for any background checks (which may be carried out at any time), we may ask the player to confirm their identity and provide us with any documents required to confirm registration information and financial details, including but not limited to: front and back copies of a government issued ID; proof of address issued within the last 3 months; front and back copies of any used on our site.

4.4 Copies of documents submitted to us must be clear, legible, in colour and of good quality. The requested documents must be sent via a registered email address or uploaded via the specified section of the application form;

4.5 We reserve the right to impose restrictions or cancel accounts if registered account holders fail to provide the required documents within 30 days of being requested to do so. Restrictions may also be applied to player accounts until full verification has been carried out to our satisfaction.

4.6 If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is attempting to evade or circumvent security checks, provide false information, falsified, stolen or forged documents, provide false or inaccurate documents and/or is engaging in criminal activity, the result will not only be the immediate and irrevocable closure of the player's account and forfeiture of the funds in that account, but the player will also be added to the operator's blacklist of players. Banks will also be notified and the player will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.7 Players can only have one active account with us at any time. Any similarity between multiple accounts that in any way points to the same person may lead to an investigation by our security department. If a player attempts to create more than one account on the site, they will be banned. The Company reserves the right to withhold any deposits, winnings or bonuses earned or acquired while using another active player account.

4.8 We reserve the right at any time and at our sole discretion to verify a Player's registration details and to request further documentation in order to verify information provided or obtained or simply to comply with compliance requirements;

4.9 If the Company blocks or suspends your account, your access to funds, entries, play, deposits and withdrawals (which may be a combination of the above) will be restricted.

6. Play

6.1. General

6.1.1 The Player agrees that deposits and withdrawals made on the Site will be processed by third party payment processors and/or financial institutions, referred to as "Payment Service Providers" (PSPs). Accordingly, in order to improve such processing, the Player irrevocably authorises us to instruct such PSPs to process requests for deposits and withdrawals from the Player's Account, where applicable, and irrevocably agrees that we may give such instructions on their behalf. The Player further agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of each authorised payment service provider and in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the terms and conditions of the payment service provider, this Agreement shall prevail.

6.1.2. By accessing and playing on our website, you acknowledge that by using the website, our services and/or related software you are exposing yourself to the risk of losing money. Any losses incurred through a player's account are the sole responsibility of the player.

6.1.3 All funds are processed, tracked and deposited in the currency selected at registration unless otherwise stated.

6.1.4 At our discretion, we may conduct systematic verification procedures to at least confirm the identity of the player.

6.1.5 Transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Suspicious activities are reported to the competent authorities in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

6.1.6 By selecting a payment method, you agree to its terms and conditions and any service fees or commissions offered that apply to deposits and/or withdrawals made via that payment method.

6.1.7 Players must not consider the Company to be a financial institution. We will not tolerate savings or stashing activities on our site and will primarily use our site to transfer funds from one payment account to another, to exchange currencies, etc.

6.1.8 For security and anti-money laundering reasons, we reserve the right not to execute or confirm financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, refunds) to or from frozen, excluded or closed accounts. The same applies to accounts under investigation.

6.2. Deposits

6.2.1. When you open a WPT Global Account, the cashier page of your account will display the payment methods available in your jurisdiction when you click on 'Deposit'. We require you to make a minimum deposit before you can play real money games. This may change from time to time at the Company's discretion.

6.2.2. Deposits to the Site must be made solely with the intention of accessing and enjoying our real money games.

6.2.3. The Player agrees to use only valid and legally owned financial instruments.

6.2.4. When making a deposit in cryptocurrency, the player is responsible for the correct execution of payment instructions. We do not provide refunds for payments sent to an incorrect address or for payments made via an incorrect network.

6.2.5 Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits depending on the method of deposit and only at our discretion. We reserve the right to change the relevant limits at any time if we deem it appropriate.

6.3. Withdrawals

6.3.1. A player must first deposit and wager at least once before he can withdraw money from his account. All withdrawal requests are subject to transaction limits, which may change from time to time at the Company's discretion.

6.3.2. Any additional amount deposited into a player's account must be wagered at least once in full to be withdrawn.

6.3.3. When withdrawing cryptocurrency, the player is responsible for the correct execution of payment instructions. We do not provide refunds for payments sent to an incorrect address or payments made via an incorrect network.

6.3.4. It is important to note that you are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of all applicable taxes and duties in respect of any prizes won by you and any other payments made to you. The Company may deduct and/or withhold any amount from your winnings if required by applicable law or regulation.

6.3.5. Withdrawals made by a player can only be made to the account and payment method from which the deposit was made. If we are unable to do so, we will make the withdrawal to an alternative account in the player's name once ownership of that alternative account has been confirmed and verified.

6.3.6. If you have made a deposit by more than one payment method, we reserve the right to split your withdrawal between these payment methods and process any portion via the relevant payment method at our discretion and in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.

6.3.7 Any cancellation or refund that we undertake to provide to you (subject to Section 7) may be subject to security controls required by the Company. We may require you to provide one or more of the following documents in order to withdraw from the Contract or to obtain a refund: Front and back copies of the card used or proof of e-wallet. For Cards: The first 6 and last 4 digits visible on the front of the card. Photo ID: Front and back copies of the player's current photo ID. The photo ID may be in the form of a driver's license, passport or ID card. Proof of address: utility bill or credit card statement (with the player's full name and address and the card issuer's name or logo);

We reserve the right to request additional information and/or documents relating to your age, identity, source of funds and place of residence after each deposit or before each withdrawal or redemption, in particular before the first withdrawal, in order to confirm your personal and financial details before we provide you with funds.

If we do not complete the verification process in relation to your withdrawal or refund within 30 days, we may cancel your withdrawal or refund request (as applicable).

6.3.8 Once the verification process has been completed to our satisfaction, we will endeavour to process the withdrawal or refund within 72 hours.

6.3.9 Large selections may take longer to process as they must undergo an extended audit before being approved by our security department. If the total amount of your pending withdrawals exceeds $2,500.00, the requested funds will be disbursed in weekly installments of $2,500.00 until fully settled.

6.3.10. Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits. We reserve the right to change the relevant limits at any time if we deem it appropriate.

6.4. Transfer of Funds

6.4.1. Players cannot transfer funds from one account to another.

7. Refund Policy

If you deposit real money into your account via Unlimitt and do not use this deposit to place a bet, you may request a refund of the original amount deposited via Unilimit, provided you have sufficient real money in your account to return the amount deposited. You must make such a refund request within 30 days of the date you deposited the amount into your account. Any refund of the amount deposited is at the Company's discretion and may be subject to any provisions of the Terms and Conditions that the Company may decide to apply in connection with the refund.

8. Abandonment of Account Balance

8.1 If you do not log into and/or log out of your account for more than thirteen (13) consecutive months (the "Grace Period"), your account will be deemed inactive.

8.2 Once your Account is deemed inactive, you will be notified and, if you do not withdraw the remaining (withdrawable) funds within thirty (30) days of the date we send you the notice, we may charge your Account an administrative fee of $10 (the "Inactive Account Fee"), which will be deducted from your Account balance on the first day immediately following the expiry of the period and will be charged every thirty (30) days thereafter.

8.3 Notices sent via a registered email address are valid and effective notices for the purposes of this clause.

9. Game


9.1 Where available, players can enjoy the games in free demo mode without wagering real money, or log in and play for real money.

9.2 Players are prohibited from using devices such as bots or any external player assistance (EPA) programs that interfere with the normal gameplay and give the player an unfair advantage. Players must make their own decisions during the game without using any information other than that which they have obtained during the game.

9.3 Players agree that steps may be taken to prevent the use of Prohibited Software, which may include but is not limited to checking software running in conjunction with the Poker Room Software.

9.4 Bets are only confirmed once they have been received on our servers. If there is a communication failure after you have placed a bet and it has been received on our servers, the bet will remain valid regardless of the outcome. You will be notified that your bet has been accepted when the connection is restored.

9.5 If a game is started but fails or produces an incorrect result due to a malfunction of the game account management software, the game and/or the Random Number Generator (RNG), all bets and winnings from that game will be voided and the game account balance will be restored to its pre-game state.

9.6 If a player breaks his/her session with the Company during active play, the bet amount will be refunded to the customer's game account unless the bet has already entered play and has been transferred to the winning player.

9.7 If the Company credits an amount to a Player's Account by mistake for any reason, we may cancel any amount or prize credited to a Player's Account by mistake and/or if any amount is credited to your Account by mistake, the Player will immediately reimburse us and/or we may debit your Account. It is your responsibility to notify the Company immediately of the error as soon as you become aware of it.

9.8 In the event of a software or RNG failure, the player will be refunded the amount wagered and any winnings the player has earned on the bet will be voided;

9.9 We reserve the right to terminate the Game at any time at our sole discretion and without giving any reason if there are technical difficulties affecting the Game.

9.10. The Company reserves the right to void any winnings received due to server, game system or other malfunction and if any winnings have been credited to your account, the Player shall promptly refund the amount to us and/or we may debit your account. You waive all claims and damages in this regard. Any player who takes advantage of such technical failures will be subject to legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction.

9.11 Our casino promotions are subject to a payout percentage. Players can look at the Return to Player (RTP) percentages listed for each game to see the specific payout percentages for each game. The term RTP refers to the ratio of bets to wins;

10. Bugs in the System

10.1 Exploiting bugs, software bugs or editorial errors for the benefit of a player is prohibited and is referred to as "bug bouncing". Each player is expected to notify the Company as soon as he discovers a bug. A player's account that exploits a bug to his/her advantage will be blocked for as long as it takes for our technical teams to restore the player's account to the state it was in before the bug was used. The same rules apply to any player who might benefit in any way from not reporting bugs or rule violations.

10.2 As all actions and changes made on the Site (registrations, account changes, purchases, withdrawals, placed bets, etc.) are recorded, the Company is able to restore the account to its original state before any errors or programming glitches occur in relation to the Site's Code of Conduct.

10.3 In the event of any of the above incidents occurring which adversely affects the Player, WPT Global or the Company, as applicable, the Player will be refunded any funds wrongfully lost, any funds wrongfully won will be deducted from the Player's account and/or you will be required to pay us the relevant amount won by you as a result of the relevant error.

10.4 The Company will decide, at its sole discretion, whether a player has taken advantage of a situation or has taken advantage of or attempted to take advantage of a bug, programming or editing error. Upon such a determination, the Company will decide what further action to take, whether to proceed with a "refund" of the account or to close the account. The player must agree in advance to these rules, regulations and courses of action, as well as any decisions that may be made after the event.

11. Complaints and Disputes

11.1 If at any time a player feels dissatisfied with our products/services or feels that we have failed to meet their expectations in any way, they can send a complaint to[email protected]with the word "Complaint" in the subject line. Your complaint will be immediately forwarded to our management. We will investigate your complaint as soon as possible;

11.2 You acknowledge and agree that any disputes relating to the Services will be governed by our records;

11.3. Our decision with respect to any complaint and/or dispute is final and binding. 

11.4 Player has the right to bring unresolved disputes to Gaming Services Provider N.V via [email protected].

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

12.1 The Services and/or the Site are provided on an "as is" basis. The Company makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Services and/or the Site as to their condition, quality, fitness for purpose and/or accuracy. Further, the Company is not responsible for the Services and the Site being error-free, uninterrupted, free of viruses or other harmful code, or for the accuracy of any information provided by Players.

12.2. The Company and/or its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for: (i) in contract, tort, negligence and/or otherwise for loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with your and/or any third party's use of the Software, Site and/or Services, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, loss of profits (including loss or non-receipt of anticipated revenue), business interruption, loss of business information or any other financial or consequential loss (even if you have notified us of such loss or damage) on the ground that you have not committed any infringement.

12.3 Neither we nor our affiliates shall be liable to you in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions and in connection with the Site and/or the Services as a result of a "Force Majeure Event". Force Majeure means any act beyond our control, including but not limited to: (i) any act of God (such as but not limited to fire, explosion, earthquake, drought, tidal wave and flood); (ii) any war, hostilities (whether or not war has been declared), invasion, act of a foreign enemy, mobilization, confiscation or embargo; (iii) any rebellion, revolution, insurrection, insurrection, military or usurped power or civil war; (iv) any riot, disturbance, strike, slowdown, lockout or disruption; act or threat of terrorism; and/or (v) any epidemic or pandemic.

12.4. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal and other fees, that may arise as a result of: (i) any violation of the Terms; (ii) any benefits received by you; (iii) your violation of any third party rights; (iv) your use of the Services and/or the Site; and/or (v) any other person's access to the Services and/or your account using your user name, whether or not authorized by you.

13. Prohibited Activities

13.1 You agree not to use the Site and Services for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive and/or dishonest activity ("Prohibited Activity"). Examples of Prohibited Activity can be found in Appendix A - List of Prohibited Activities.

13.2 If the Company has reason to believe that You have engaged in or are associated with any form of Prohibited Activity, We reserve the right to terminate the suspected player's account, access to funds, entry, play, deposits and withdrawals. We also reserve the right to issue warnings to players who violate Prohibited Activities (two warnings may result in account termination), to conduct enhanced verification and, if necessary, to permanently close a player's account (any attempt to create a new account may result in immediate withdrawal of funds), to withhold all funds in that account, to cancel all or part of your winnings and/or to recover from you any other amount attributable to your participation in or association with Prohibited Activities. Without limiting the foregoing, we may suspend or restrict your account or limit your access to games and tournaments.

13.3 The Company may inform the relevant government authorities, financial institutions or other relevant third parties of the Player's identity and of any suspected illegal or fraudulent activity.

13.4 To ensure data protection and security and to prevent fraud, the Company does not permit the use of the communication channels contained in the Services and/or the Platform to offer or promote any offers, products or services (whether to a player or a third party). Players are expressly prohibited from posting information or contacting our customers to offer or promote any offers, products or services that have not been pre-approved by the Company.

13.5 We reserve the right to inspect the active software applications and processes of the User to detect the possible use of artificial intelligence or RTA assistance.

14. Warranties and Representations

You warrant and represent to us that: (1) you are not under the age of 18 or of legal age to participate in the activities contained on the Site and/or Services under the law or jurisdiction that applies to you, whichever is greater; (2) you are not located in any of the jurisdictions detailed and/or described in Section 2.5.2; (iii) your use of the Sites and/or Services must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines; (iv) you fully understand that there is a risk of losing money when gambling through the Services and/or Sites and you are fully responsible for any such loss; and (v) your use of the Sites and/or Services is at your choice, discretion and risk. You agree that your use of the Services and/or the Site is at your choice, discretion and risk. You will have no claim against the Company or its affiliates in relation to your gaming losses; (v) you will use the Services and the Site only in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, as amended from time to time; (vi) you will comply with all rules and gaming guidelines included in the Services; and/or (vii) you are solely responsible for registering, paying and reporting to any governmental, tax or other appropriate authorities any taxes or other fees that may be due on any winnings paid to you.

15. Breach of the Terms and Conditions

If we determine that you have breached the Terms, or we believe that you have breached the Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your Account, withhold all funds in it, cancel all or part of your earnings and/or refund any other amount we may owe from you. In addition, without derogating from the foregoing, we reserve the right to limit your account.

16. Termination of Your Account

16.1. If you wish to terminate your account with the Company, please send an email to [email protected], with such termination to take effect upon the Company terminating your account.

16.2 We may terminate your account at any time if we decide for any reason to cease providing the Site and/or Services generally or specifically to you, or for any other reasonable reason we consider appropriate.

16.3. You remain responsible for activities using your account until it is closed.

16.4. Any negative balance on your account will fall immediately due and payable to us.

16.5 Upon termination of your account for any reason, you must stop using the Site and/or Services. In addition, if your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, you will forfeit any bonuses, cashback or other rewards payable in respect of any poker product offered on the Site following such termination or suspension;

17. Responsible Gaming

17.3 We reserve the right to impose a waiting period of up to one year or permanently close accounts with:

• frequent temporary self-exclusion or.

• frequent temporary self-exclusion requests.

17.4 A request to unblock an account before the expiry of the self-exclusion period will be carefully considered by our Responsible Betting Department. It may be approved but the final decision is at the discretion of the Company.

16.5 In the event that a player manages to open a new account using false information or fraudulently during the self-exclusion period, the player, not us, will be liable for any losses incurred by the player as a result of opening such new account.

17.6 Any request for payment of a player's outstanding balance (excluding bonus funds) must be made prior to the self-exclusion and cannot be confirmed during the self-exclusion period.

17.7 In the event of a confirmed self-exclusion or account closure due to responsible gaming, any remaining unpaid balance due to customers (excluding bonus funds) will only be withdrawable up to the amount of the deposit from which the winnings forming the balance were derived.
